Even though we work among computers, servers, routers and more technology, for Isocraft the most important asset is people: we see ourselves as a human talent enterprise, Accordingly, we stimulate in our associates the development of every skill that can move us towards leadership in every field we explore.

Thanks to the development of these skills, we have associates highly competent and trustworthy, who offer ideas and contributions far beyond the mere reaching of goals. But this also gives us a better chance of fully understanding, at the maximum level of detail, the needs of our customers, so we can build solutions able to satisfy amply those needs.

Experience counts

Several members of our team have grown with us during at least five years of accomplishments and experiences in the exploitation of information techonologies. Over time some other talents have joined us, enriching our mixture of skills and capabilities.

Functionally, our associates are split in these areas: content architecture, Web design, technology and project management.

Our general frame establishes that every associate is responsible for her own preparation, training and certification in her field of expertise, while Isocraft provides the communication framework and a collaboration environment where we can all prosper.
